Physical Education (CLIL): Hard Work



Hi class,

This week we are going to work ... to work hard.
If you are in first or second level of primary you only have to do the following exercises once:
  • Scissors: 10 repetitions.
  • Skipping: 10 repetitions (1 repetition is when you bring both knees up).
  • Squat: 10 repetitions.
  • Mountain climber: 10 repetitions (1 repetition is when you bring both knees up).
If you are in third level of primary you only have to do the following exercises twice:
  • Scissors: 10 repetitions.
  • Skipping: 10 repetitions (1 repetition is when you bring both knees up).
  • Squat: 10 repetitions.
  • Mountain climber: 10 repetitions (1 repetition is when you bring both knees up).
